〇Safety, Security & Risk Management

 Our Commitment to Safety

Protecting the lives of our passengers is our highest priority and our most important responsibility. With a firm commitment to preventing accidents, we continuously enhance every aspect of our safety management, including vehicle maintenance, driver training, operational management, advanced safety technologies, and risk management.

We are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and trustworthy bus services that our local communities can use with confidence, and we will continue to uphold the highest standards of safety in everything we do.

〇※Preventive Safety Operations Management Based on HACCP Principles

※ HACCP = Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point

Applying the preventive principles of HACCP, we focus on identifying and controlling risks before accidents occur, rather than responding after the fact. We proactively assess potential hazards along each operating route, visualize high-risk locations, and implement preventive measures in advance. By continuously sharing risk information with our drivers, reviewing operational feedback, and updating our risk assessments, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of safety, reliability, and passenger confidence.
