Temperature Control Equipment
– Equipped with multiple temperature sensors
– Continuous monitoring available, with temperature records provided upon request
– In case of deviations, alarms are sent to both the vehicle’s interior and the manager
Transport Status
– Real-time location and status updates available through GPS devices
Security
– Strict lock-up procedures during transport, with constant monitoring of lock status
Structure and Specifications
– Antibacterial specifications using aluminum and resin, insulated vehicles, and air suspension
– Equipped with the latest collision avoidance support features and lane departure warnings
– Environmentally friendly with low fuel consumption and low CO2 emissions
– Air conditioning equipment (38 units) is installed to maintain indoor temperatures in the range of 1–25°C / 1–30°C depending on the warehouse area.
– To improve insulation performance and ensure proper storage conditions for products, the main structure employs a double-layered semi-pitched roof and ceiling.
– We have installed temperature sensors (and some temperature-humidity sensors) at a total of 45 points, and data is centrally managed via a PC.
– In case of temperature deviations or functional abnormalities, alerts are sent via email to the administrator, and an emergency response system in coordination with the security management company is established.
– Creates a curtain of air with a powerful airflow to prevent external air intrusion and temperature loss at entryways.
– Effective as a countermeasure against insects and dust.
– Seals the gap between the building and the truck to provide insulation, dust, and insect protection.
– The multi-layered structure of Air Shelter + Steel Shutter + Sheet Shutter + Air Curtain ensures quality maintenance.
– Can accommodate a wide range of vehicles from 2-ton trucks to container trucks.
– Prevents the intrusion of insects and dust, and minimizes indoor temperature and humidity changes due to external air inflow, thereby improving product storage quality.
– Uses a translucent insect-proof sheet (insect-proof orange).
– By employing an interlock structure between the entry/exit area and the storage area, external air inflow is minimized.
– Installed at employee access points to the storage area, it uses high-speed jet air filtered to remove dust adhering to workers.
– The door has an interlock structure to block external air and separate it from the storage area.
– Installs light traps and floor-mounted adhesive traps, with regular monitoring of captured insects by a specialist.
– Investigates rodent intrusion and habitation using adhesive sheets.
– Implements improvement measures based on monitoring results.
– Introduces a generator as an emergency backup power source to maintain product quality without stopping air conditioning or other systems during power outages.
– The headquarters has an underground tank for diesel fuel, which allows for extended power outages.
– In addition to machine security by a security management company outside business hours, constant locking management is implemented using electronic locks and contactless keys.
– Access data can be centrally managed via PC.
– As a crime prevention measure, it provides monitoring and deterrence against intruders and other criminal activities from outside.
– Helps in identifying causes during abnormalities and preventing unauthorized distribution inside the warehouse.
– Provides various deterrent effects for both internal and external threats.
– Based on the GDP guidelines, the management system is led by experienced pharmacists and responsible technicians who are well-versed in the industry. A dedicated team with trained staff operates the business.
